		<description>Thanks, Tim. We like to think of it more as bedroom strategy for blue ocean business. There&#039;s no doubt that many, many businesses have a &quot;follow the herd&quot; mentality. Seems to me that the impulse to do what everyone else does comes more out of fear of losing than a real desire to do good, smart business.</description>
