Lately, we’ve been interested in the relationship between advertising and graffiti. The question of writing on the walls—and who goes to jail for it—seems pretty central to the future of consumer culture, but it can feel a little abstract. That’s why I’m psyched about Defaced. It’s a really well-produced video that humanizes the tension and makes it feel concrete (no pun intended).
